After your details you receive the confirmation, together with the payment instructions.

On the day, the driver meets you at the agreed place and helps with the luggage.
Questions
How do I give my flight number?
Add the flight number in the comment while you book. The driver watches the flight. After you land, the driver contacts you 30 minutes later with where to meet. Waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing. After that, extra waiting fees apply. If the number is missing, send it by phone or WhatsApp on +31 20 210 1851.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. Call +31 20 210 1851. That is the same number as on the contact page and in the footer. WhatsApp uses it too.
Do you have a taxibus?
Yes. Up to seven people can ride together, and the same vehicles are used when there is a lot of luggage.
Can I stop at another address?
Yes. On the first step, use the plus beside Pickup location. The extra address is called Waypoint. For a ride to the airport, leave extra time so a delay on the way does not make you late.
How do I book a return?
On the first step, set Transfer type to Return (new ride). Then choose the return date and the return time. Both rides go in one booking.
